I’m Lindsay, a Product Design leader with over a decade of experience leading design teams in consumer social at places like LinkedIn, Pinterest, Hinge and Mozi.
I’ve spent my career designing for connection. In the age of digital addiction, I believe in apps that prioritize time well spent over aimless scrolling.
why art/design?
For much of my career I’ve felt a tension between my inner artist & designer. It always felt like different modes: the artist who embraces the mess and ignores the rules, vs the designer who thinks of systems, structure and order. Now, I realize it’s the blending of these two working styles that fuels the passion I have for creating things.
Whether it’s decorating my office, photographing a friend or city, painting a watercolor or designing an app, the main thing I try to do is let things breathe. We live in such a noisy world and it’s important to me that anything I make brings more calm than chaos.
